Body Positive uses mindfulness, meditation and embodiment of spiritual truths based on ancient wisdom and writings to help reconnect body, soul and spirit.

Recognising that we often carry negative emotions in our bodies, sessions aim to bring a sense of greater positivity, peace, wholeness and well-being.
Sessions are accessible to all ages with a reasonable health and fitness level.
